Is there a way to get rid of the fishy taste when cooking shrimp or shellfish?
I just made a pasta salad and boiled some prawns. The cooled prawns have a kind of fishiness or “sea” flavor to them. Is there a way to prep the shrimp so that I get the sweet shrimp flavor but not that slightly unpleasant fishiness taste (and smell)?
